The Town of Johnstown's concrete contractor will be in the Clearview subdivision and plans to start demo tomorrow. They are already saw-cutting the areas to be removed and replaced. All of the concrete work will be complete on Silverbell Drive, Hawthorne Ave, and everything East of Hawthorne Ave. It may get a little messy, but the project manager will inform the contractor to be mindful and clean up at the end of each day.
There is also another contractor that is planning to start a crack seal treatment on Sycamore Ave. on Monday. This work should only take a few hours and plan to be back in the neighborhood in a couple weeks to slurry seal a larger area.

Clearview 4 HOA guidelines
Trash cans are not to be visible from the street
Trailers, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, commercial trucks, etc. are not to be parked on the property
No vehicles or trailers, motorhomes, etc. should not to be parked on rocks
Commercial vehicles are to be moved and not parked for storage
Dogs are to be kept on leash - receptacles are located through out the subdivision to pick up dog waste
Trash, debris, clutter is not to be visible from the street
